Question: Why does God allow the devil to tempt people?
Answer: The Lord allows the devil to tempt people because man is given the weapons to defeat him: For the rest, my brethren, keep on being empowered in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, for you to be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Eph. 6:10-11).
